4. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our coffee products, including origin, roast level, flavor profile, and weight. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Natural variations in agricultural products mean that flavor profiles may vary slightly between batches.


We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product, discontinue any product at any time, and refuse service to anyone for any reason.


 


 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.


We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ACH. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use secure, third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.


 


 

6. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue and may be roasted and/or shipped promptly. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@becapicafe.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellations, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.


We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. 


 


 

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.


Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@becapicafe.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


 


 

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before placing an order.


 


 

9. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected frequency. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect for the following cycle. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time with reasonable notice.
