Our Commitment to Quality

We take great pride in delivering freshly roasted, high-quality Colombian coffee directly to your door. Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we are only able to accept return or refund requests in the specific circumstances outlined below.


 


 

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:


  • Damaged in transit — Your order arrives visibly damaged (e.g., torn or crushed packaging, broken seals).

  • Defective product — Your coffee arrives in a condition that is clearly not as described (e.g., wrong product sent, packaging failure that has compromised the coffee).


We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:


  • Change of mind or personal taste preference

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products that have been partially or fully consumed

  • Orders where the 14-day window has passed


 


 

14-Day Claim Window

All refund and replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible, so we encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon arrival.


 


 

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a claim, please contact us at info@becapicafe.com or with the following:


  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos clearly showing the damage or defect (required)


Our team will review your submission and respond within 2–3 business days.


 


 

Refund & Replacement Options

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion or your preference:


  • Full replacement of the affected item(s), shipped at no cost to you

  • Full or partial refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days


We do not require you to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.


 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, opened coffee bags are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged as described above.


 


 

Shipping Errors

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional charge.
